Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number and order details when you check out, create an account, join our email list or contact us.
Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

to process, ship and track your orders, and to handle returns and refunds
to reply to your questions and provide customer support
to send marketing emails, only if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
to keep our store secure and prevent fraud

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes checkout (see Shopify's Privacy Policy)
payment processors, to take payment securely
our fulfillment partner and its warehouses, which pack and ship your order and receive your name, shipping address and order details
shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking
authorities, where we are required to by law

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the store to work (such as keeping items in your cart), and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we ask for your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@frownseed.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

International transfers

FrownSeed is operated from Pakistan, our store is hosted by Shopify, and our fulfillment partners operate in the United States and overseas. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We use Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout and limit access to your information to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
