Orders

How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email straight after checkout. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then email contact@frownseed.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order that has not yet entered processing. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see your full card details.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to US addresses, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and US territories.

How long will delivery take?
Most pieces ship from our partner's overseas warehouse and typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days of ordering (2 to 4 business days of processing, then 5 to 10 business days in transit). Pieces from our US warehouse typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days. Each product page shows where it ships from. See Shipping for details.

How much is shipping?
Standard tracked US shipping is $6.95, and free on orders of $100 or more. The exact cost is always shown at checkout.

My tracking has not updated. Is that normal?
For pieces from our overseas warehouse, tracking can show no movement for 3 to 4 days while the parcel travels to the US carrier network. If nothing changes after a week, email us.

Will I pay customs duties?
No import duties are collected from you on delivery for US orders. Any US sales tax is shown at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unworn pieces with tags attached, in their original garment bag. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty or incorrect. See Returns & Refunds.

Is anything final sale?
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, shapewear, bralettes and other intimates, socks and leg warmers, and swimwear are final sale unless faulty or incorrect.

Can I exchange for another size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 10 business days of your return reaching our warehouse and passing inspection, to your original payment method.

Sizing and care

How do I find my size?
Each product page lists garment measurements in inches. Compare them with a similar piece you own, and see our Size Guide for how to measure. Many of our pieces are made overseas and can run smaller than typical US sizing, so if you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up.

How do I care for my pieces?
Follow the care notes on each product page and on the garment label. Most pieces are best washed cold and dried low or flat.
